Laura Bilde and Linnea Blæhr are sharing a deep understanding of aesthetics, the duo works with objects and spaces in the tension field between functionality and sculptural expressions. With their conceptual approach, they create designs that experiment with materials and shapes while combining tactility, sensuousness and enticement. The design philosophy is to create iconic, simple and timeless items.
Inspired by vintage weaving techniques, expressionist shapes and graphic paintings, the six SHE patterns are developed by hand as a recognition of imperfect interior design details and all the women that Laura and Linnea stand on the shoulders of.
