OWNERSHIP & LEADERSHIP
Ege Carpets is majority owned by Mads Eg Damgaards Family Foundation and Vibeke & Mads Eg Damgaards Foundation. Through their long-term ownership, the foundations support the continued development of Ege Carpets while contributing to charitable, cultural and social initiatives that create value beyond the business.
Ege Carpets is governed by the Board of Directors, which is responsible for the company's overall governance, strategic direction and long-term development. The Group Executive Management leads the day-to-day management and execution of the company's strategy across all business areas.
