Bespoke Colortec carpets form a defining element of the interior, drawing inspiration from the ballroom’s original green marble and silver columns as well as the work of textile designer Marion Dorn. Referencing the circular forms and graphic stripes characteristic of her designs, the carpet brings together geometry and colour in a contemporary interpretation of the Art Deco heritage.
Even the furniture placement was carefully considered to keep the carpet design visible, allowing it to remain an integral part of the room and its architecture.
