Debuting during Milan Design Week, the historic 1929 complex was reimagined as a dynamic hotel concept. Spanning suites, a garage, courtyards, and silo galleries, the estate becomes a playground for creativity and design exploration, offering an immersive environment ahead of its public opening later this year.
At the heart of the experience is a curated carpet installation that blends materiality, texture, and design. Featuring pieces from the Tom Dixon Collection alongside the Grace Collection, the carpets define each space, adding warmth, depth, and a tactile identity.
